  • 125 g unsalted butter
  • 125 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 cocoa powder
  • 0,5 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

  1. Melt the butter in a small pan on low heat. Turn off the heat when nearly melted and let it cool for a few minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven at 175°C and grease a 20x20 cm baking pan.
  3. Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl. Break up large clumps.
  4. Whisk the eggs for a moment and mix in the melted butter. Mix the egg-butter mixture into the flour mixture until just combined.
  5. Add the mixture in the baking pan and bake for approx. 25 minutes, until a bamboo skewer pricked in the center comes out clean.
  6. Take the pan out of the oven, let the brownies cool for 5 minutes and cut into 16 squares.
  7. Sieve the powdered sugar on top and serve.
